The start of our leagues are fast approaching. They will begin during the week of September 19th and the deadline to register is only 1 week away (September 14th).

*You need to participate in at least two challenges to qualify for the finals. Challenges include: Plank, Wall-sit, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups and Pull-Ups.
